Anti-DENV4 E Recombinant Antibody (MRO-1129LC) (CAT#: MRO-1129LC)
This product is a recombinant chimpanzee anti-Dengue virus monoclonal antibody specifically binding to the E protein. This full-length antibody selectively bind and neutralize dengue virus type 1, 2 with lower titer and dengue virus type 3 and 4 with higher titer in the PRNT50 assay. Produced in mammalian cells this antibody product was affinity-purified and could be biotinylated for the immunoassays and treatment studies about Dengue virus infection.
