Anti-DENV4 E Recombinant Antibody (MRO-1125LC)

This product is a recombinant chimpanzee antibody against Dengue virus. This antibody binds to the E protein of all four DENV serotypes and the ELISA titers of its Fab fragment to DENV-1~DENV-4 have the average value of 3.9 μg/mL. This product is efficient for cross-neutralization of DENV-1 and DENV-2 and neutralization of DENV-3, DENV-4 and the West Nile virus. This antibody product is envisioned to be useful for prophylactic and therapeutic studies of dengue and other flaviviruses-associated diseases.
