Successful IHC Staining
We applied this PAM-1 antibody to immunohistochemistry studies of epithelial tissues. It effectively stained the target GKN1 protein. The fact that it is a human IgM antibody was important for our specific detection strategy, and it performed well without high background noise.
Good Flow Cytometry Results
In addition to IHC, we tested this antibody in Flow Cytometry, and it provided a distinct signal for GKN1 positive cells. It is a valuable reagent for researching precancerous and cancerous lesions in breast and prostate tissue models. The quality of the recombinant antibody is evident.
