Recombinant Mouse Antibody (PC283) is capable of binding to HBV PS1 peptide (HQLDPAFGANSTNPD), expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). It recognizes a common four-residue stretch (DPAF) as an immunodominant epitope.
