SDS-PAGE analysis of MRO-961CQ in non-reduced (Lane 1, 1.5 μg) and β-mercaptoethanol-reduced (Lane 2, 1.5 μg) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively.

The anti-p24 antibody AG3.0 enabled the detection of bound virions, facilitating the evaluation of the decoy protein's efficacy in neutralizing the virus.
