Mouse Anti-HIV VIF Recombinant Antibody (MRO-191LC) (CAT#: MRO-191LC)
This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes HIV VIF. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. The ability of HIV VIF antibody to bind VIF protein on the cell surface antigen of HIV infected T1 cells was tested by flow cytometry (FACS). The clone was positive in the complement assay and induced releases of intracellular LDH (i.e. cell lysis).
