Chimeric Antibody Works Well
I am very satisfied with this chimeric anti-HS6ST2 antibody. It's a mouse-human chimeric IgG1, which is perfect for my system to reduce non-specific binding. I used it for flow cytometry, one of the listed applications, and the results were very clean.
High Purity, Specific Target
The>95% purity by SDS-PAGE is excellent. This antibody, expressed in CHO cells, targets HS6ST2, which is critical for my research on heparan sulfate. The product data confirms it's reactive with human HS6ST2, which is the species I am studying.
