Recombinant Human Anti-HSV gD Antibody (mAb E317) (CAT#: PABL-579)

Recombinant Human Antibody (mAb E317) is capable of binding to HSV gD , expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-HSV gD mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-HSV gD proteins mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. The highly inhibitory human monoclonal antibody E317 was previously raised against HSV gD for viral neutralization. E317 interacts with gD mainly through the heavy chain, which covers a large area for epitope recognition on gD, with a flexible N-terminal and C-terminal conformation.
