The KI-83-262 strain was inoculated onto Vero E6 monolayers in eight-chamber slides. The cells were cultured in a CO 2 incubator, and fixed with 3% paraformaldehyde at 0, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 24 hpi. The Vero E6 cells were incubated with the anti-G2 monoclonal antibody 1G8 and immune rabbit serum to calreticulin.
