Clear Nuclear Staining Observed
We applied this antibody for Immunocytochemistry to study NEUROD1 localization. The staining was precise and consistent with the expected nuclear distribution of this transcription factor. It also worked well in our Western Blot analysis of cell lysates.
Works Well In Paraffin Sections
Our immunohistochemistry experiments on paraffin-embedded sections required a robust antibody, and clone 4I9 delivered. The specific binding to Human NEUROD1 allowed us to map the protein's expression accurately in our tissue samples.
