Excellent Nuclear Staining
We used the Anti-Human SOX17 Monoclonal Antibody (Clone 4C20) for immunocytochemistry on differentiated stem cells. The antibody gave a strong and specific nuclear signal, confirming the endodermal lineage commitment of our cells. The staining was clean with very low background, which made image analysis straightforward. A highly recommended antibody for developmental biology research.

Precise Flow Cytometry
This antibody worked very well in flow cytometry to quantify SOX17-positive cell populations. The separation between positive and negative populations was distinct, allowing for accurate gating. The recombinant production ensures that we can rely on the same clone specificity for all our future experiments investigating cell fate determination.
