Recombinant Rabbit anti-IL24 monoclonal antibody for WB, FC, IP, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Sensitive IL-24 Detection
Clone DS1804AB is a highly effective antibody for detecting Interleukin-24. We used it to measure IL-24 secretion in cancer cell lines following chemotherapy treatment. The ELISA results were very consistent, and the antibody showed no cross-reactivity with IL-10 or IL-22. This specificity allowed us to draw accurate conclusions about the specific role of IL-24 in our apoptosis models.
Consistent Cytokine Reagent
We have been using this Recombinant Anti-IL24 antibody for Western Blot analysis of cell lysates. It detects the glycosylated and non-glycosylated forms of the cytokine cleanly.
