Clear IHC Staining
We used clone 36A4 for Immunohistochemistry on human tissue sections. The staining pattern for Integrin Beta 5 was distinct and consistent with expected expression. It is a reliable antibody for visualizing this fibronectin receptor in tissue samples.
Versatile For Flow Cytometry
This mouse antibody performed well in Flow Cytometry analysis. We were able to detect cell surface expression of ITGB5 with good separation. The fact that it is also validated for IP and ICC makes it a very versatile tool for our lab.
