Specific To Alpha Chain

We verified that this antibody (clone 8G1) specifically reacts with the 515 kDa alpha chain of LRP1. It worked well in Western Blot and immunoprecipitation. The antibody also showed neutralizing capabilities in our bioactivity assays.

Excellent For IHC

We used this mouse monoclonal antibody for immunohistochemistry on both frozen and paraffin sections. It clearly labeled the Low Density LRP in our tissue samples. A very versatile and high-quality reagent.
