Recombinant Mouse Antibody (291-2G3-A) is capable of binding to Lewis X. A monoclonal antibody (mAb) 291-2G3-A that binds monomeric, dimeric, and trimeric Lex to gain detailed structural insight in the protein-Lex interaction.

Figure 2 Autocorrelation curves
Autocorrelation curves for BSA–LeX (15 μg/ml) incubated with 2 nM of PrA–Alexa 488, with PrA–Alexa 488 and 50 nM of control IgG1 or the same quantity of mab 291-2G3-A. Autocorrelation curves for PrA–Alexa 488 alone and PrA with control antibody decay almost identically. In case of the specific antibody (291-2G3-A), the autocorrelation curves have higher amplitude and a different rate of decay.

* The localization of fluorescence with sections of frozen livers from hamsters infected with Schistosoma mansoni (m) or S. haematobium (h) is summarized (+ = positive; ± = marginal; - = negative). Exs = excretory system; P-M = parenchyma and muscles; Teg = tegument; Mir = miracidia; Es = excretory/secretory antigen; Gran = granuloma; AWA = adult worm antigen; SEA = soluble egg antigen.
