Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human PTPRJ. Anti-CD148 antibodiess bind CD148 epitopes and activate CD148 function, such as inhibition of angiogenesis. It can be used in a number of diseases known to be associated with deregulated or undesired angiogenesis.
