Recombinant Rabbit anti-SPINT2 monoclonal antibody for WB, ICC, FC, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

High Affinity SPINT2 Antibody
The Hi-Affi™ Recombinant Rabbit Anti-SPINT2 Monoclonal Antibody (DS3390AB) lives up to its name. The affinity is excellent, providing very clean signals in Western Blot. We also used it for Immunocytochemistry, and the resolution was fantastic. It's great to have a rabbit monoclonal option that is so specific.
Superior Flow Cytometry Results
We tested this antibody in Flow Cytometry and were impressed by the signal intensity and lack of non-specific binding. Developed from a phage display library, this recombinant antibody offers superior specificity compared to traditional methods. It has been instrumental in our studies of serine protease inhibitors.
