Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human TARDBP. The human antibodiess specific bind to TDP-43 can be used in therapeutic applications including for example, passive vaccination strategies for treating disorders related to aggregates or other aberrations in TDP-43 expression, such as, frontotemporal lobar degeneration and/or, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and other TDP-43 proteinopathies.
