Anti-TIM1 (CR-014)-vc-MMAE ADC (CAT#: ADC-159LCT)
This ADC product is composed of an anti-TIM1 antibody (clone CR-014) conjuagated via a vc linker to MMAE (CR-014-vc-MMAE). It has demonstrated a response in CR-014-vcMMAE treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) of Depolymerize Microtubules.

Specifications
- Antibody Overview
- Fully Human Anti-TIM1 monoclonal Antibody CR-014
- Clone
- CR-014
- Linker
- VC (valine-citrulline)
- Linker Class/Description
- Peptide linkers, belonging to Enzymatically cleavable linkers, combine greater systemic stability with rapid enzymatic release of the drug in the target cell. The scission of peptidic bonds relies on lysosomal proteolytic enzymes, which have very low activities in blood due to endogenous inhibitors and the unfavorably high pH value of blood.
- Drug
- MMAE (Monomethyl auristatin E)
- Drug Class/Description
- Auristatins are water-soluble dolastatin analogs of dolastatin 10. Dolastatin 10 belongs to dolastatin family and it can powerfully bind to tubulin, thus inhibiting polymerization mediated through the binding to the vinca alkaloid binding domain, and causes cell to accumulate in metaphase arrest.
Target
- Introduction
- The protein encoded by this gene is a membrane receptor for both human hepatitis A virus (HHAV) and TIMD4. The encoded protein may be involved in the moderation of asthma and allergic diseases. The reference genome represents an allele that retains a MTTVP amino acid segment that confers protection against atopy in HHAV seropositive individuals. Three transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Mar 2010]
- Alternative Names
