This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of NY-ESO-1-derived peptide of SLLMWITQC sequence covering 157-165 and A*02:01 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes human CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

Specific for NY-ESO-1
This PE-labeled tetramer was excellent for detecting T cells recognizing the NY-ESO-1 peptide SLLMWITQC. We obtained distinct staining in our human samples, which facilitated our analysis of tumor-associated antigen responses.
Reliable Flow Cytometry Data
The A*02:01/Human NY-ESO-1 tetramer worked consistently in our hands. The fluorescence intensity was good, and it allowed for the clear identification of individual antigen-specific CD8 T cells in our cancer research projects.
