PE-A*02:01/Human MC4R (TILIGVFVV) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC2694)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of human MC4R of peptide TILIGVFVV covering 248-256 and A*02:01 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

The encoded protein interacts with adrenocorticotropic and MSH hormones and is mediated by G proteins. This is an intronless gene. Defects in this gene are a cause of autosomal dominant obesity.
