Prostatic Acid Phosphatase Marker
Clone 24C2 is a classic marker, and the recombinant format from Creative Biolabs is excellent. We used it for immunohistochemical staining of prostate tissue microarrays. The staining was intense and specific to the epithelial cells, as expected for Prostatic Acid Phosphatase (ACPP). The consistency of the recombinant antibody is a major advantage for our large-scale screening projects.
High Performance Antibody
We validated this antibody for use in Western Blotting to detect ACPP in prostate cancer cell lines. It gave a very clean signal at the correct molecular weight. We appreciate the high affinity of this clone, which allows us to use higher dilutions and conserve the reagent. It is a reliable tool for our research into prostate cancer biomarkers and enzymatic activity.
