Efficient Fab Fragment Usage
The Fab fragment format of this antibody was ideal for our Immunofluorescence studies, allowing for better penetration and binding to the Human ATPase H+/K+ Exchanging Alpha Polypeptide. We also tested it in Western Blot and found it to be positive against the native human ATPase, consistent with the product description.
Functional In Acid Production Studies
We used this recombinant mouse antibody fragment in functional studies related to gastric acid production. It specifically targets ATP4A and helped us analyze the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with ion exchange.
