Excellent For Flow Cytometry
We are investigating the intrinsic factor-cobalamin receptor (Cubilin). This recombinant mouse scFv fragment bound effectively to human CUBN in our Flow Cytometry assays. It helped us quantify the receptor expression on kidney epithelium-derived cells. The high purity (>95% by RP-HPLC) ensures clean data.
Works In Biosensor Assays
The scFv format was particularly suitable for our biosensor applications to study ligand binding kinetics. We also tested it in functional studies and neutralization assays, where it performed as expected. It is a versatile reagent for studying Vitamin B12 uptake mechanisms.
