Excellent Nuclear Staining
We used this antibody for immunofluorescence to visualize CUX1 in human cells. It gave a very clear nuclear signal, consistent with the transcription factor's location. The specificity for the Cut-like homeobox 1 protein is impressive.
Strong Western Blot Signal
This recombinant mouse antibody provided a strong and specific band for CUX1 in our western blot experiments using nuclear extracts. It recognized the target amino acids 521-621 accurately. A very dependable antibody for gene regulation studies.
