Good Immunofluorescence Quality
We used this antibody for Immunofluorescence to visualize AMICA1 (JAML) in cell cultures. The staining was specific and localized correctly. It recognizes the native human adhesion molecule well, which was critical for our interaction studies with CXADR.
Effective In Functional Studies
We applied this recombinant mouse antibody in functional studies to investigate cell adhesion. It performed well and showed specific binding to the target. The low endotoxin level (Functional Grade Purified) is a significant advantage for our cell-based applications.
