Recombinant Human Antibody reacts with an antigen hMPV, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-hMPV mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-hMPV mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition.

Effective for hMPV Research
This Recombinant Human Anti-hMPV Antibody is a key reagent for our viral studies. We used it for Immunoprecipitation and it successfully pulled down the antigen from infected cells. It reacts positively with native Human metapneumovirus. The purity is very high (95% by HPLC), which is great for sensitive biosensor applications.
Ideal for Functional Studies
We appreciate that this antibody is available in a functional grade format (low endotoxin, azide-free). We used it in functional studies to investigate hMPV interactions. The antibody, expressed in HEK 293 cells, showed excellent stability and binding properties. It is indispensable for our work on Paramyxoviridae family viruses.
