    Recombinant Human Anti-human MRC1 Antibody

    Recombinant Human Antibody is closely related to binding with Human MRC1, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-MRC1 mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-MRC1 mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition.

    Works For Neutralization
    We applied this Recombinant Human Anti-MRC1 Antibody in a neutralization assay targeting the mannose receptor. The antibody effectively bound to the target, allowing us to study the endocytosis processes mediated by this receptor in macrophages.

    Clean Western Blot
    This antibody provided clean and specific bands in our Western blot analysis of Human MRC1. The fact that it exists as a disulfide-linked dimer seems to enhance its stability and performance in our detection protocols.
