TEM-1 β-lactamase scaffold protein anti-Human β-Gal
CAT#: STE-L197
The TEM-1 β-lactamase that bound β-Gal was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, TEM-1 β-lactamase variants were identified having affinities for β-Gal as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
