A*02:01/Human MART-1 (ELAGIGILTV) MHC Monomer

This product is a MHC monomer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex composed MART-1-derived peptide of ELAGIGILTV sequence covering 26-35 and A*02:01 molecule. The pMHC monomer recognizes human CD8 T cells and can be used in the MHC tetramer analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
