A*02:01/Human MART1 WT (EAAGIGILTV) MHC Monomer (CAT#: MHC-YF282)
This product is a MHC monomer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex composed MART1 WT-derived peptide of EAAGIGILTV sequence covering 26-35 and A*02:01 molecule. The pMHC monomer recognizes human CD8 T cells and can be used in the MHC tetramer analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
