CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-ABCD3 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC4) (CAT#: VS13-YC4)
The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-ABCD3 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat ABCD3. ABCD3, another ABC transporter, is involved in the peroxisomal import of fatty acids and acyl-CoAs and plays a role in peroxisome biogenesis. Mutations in this protein are linked to some forms of Zellweger syndrome, and it has multiple spliced variants encoding distinct isoforms. The anti-ABCD3 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
