The Rabbit Anti-ACACB Recombinant Antibody is specific for human ACACB. ACACA and ACACB encode forms of acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC), crucial for fatty acid synthesis. ACC-alpha, under diverse regulatory controls, is highly expressed in lipogenic tissues, while ACC-beta is believed to regulate fatty acid oxidation. Both forms have transcript variants for distinct isoforms. The anti-ACACB antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/100), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
