Mouse Anti-ACADM Recombinant Antibody (AC271)

The anti-ACADM recombinant antibody (AC271) reacts with human ACADM. ACADM (MCAD) is a mitochondrial enzyme initiating the β-oxidation of medium-chain fatty acids (C6-C12). It is vital for energy production during fasting. Deficiency (MCADD) prevents the transition to fat-derived energy, leading to life-threatening hypoketotic hypoglycemia when glucose reserves are depleted. The anti-ACADM antibody (AC271) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
