This mAb 192 is an antibody fragment directed against the main immunogenic region MIR of the human acetylcholine receptor AChR. The antibody is capable of protecting the AChR against loss induced by antibodies from myasthenia gravis MG patients.

The bars represent the amount of [125I] αBgt-labeled AChR precipitated by the antibody fragments (cpm).
