Human Anti-ACKR3 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0724-YC10) (CAT#: VS-0724-YC10)
Clones CID24 and CID25 are recombinant antibodies against human ACKR3 protein. CID24 fully occupies the cytoplasmic cleft of activated ACKR3 and efficiently blocks GRK2/5 phosphorylation of ACKR3. CID25 binds to an extracellular epitope that includes elements from both ACKR3 and CXCL12.
