Specific for Adenosine Receptor
We tested this antibody against the human Adenosine A2a Receptor using flow cytometry. It bound specifically to the target on our cell lines. The data sheet provided accurate information regarding its properties, and the purity was satisfactory for our analytical needs.
Good ELISA Sensitivity
This mouse IgG2a antibody worked well in our ELISA assays for ADORA2A. We were able to detect the purified receptor with good sensitivity. The recombinant nature of the product ensures that we do not have to worry about hybridoma instability.
