Clone R05-3A5 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that specifically targets human AKT1S1. It cross-reacts with rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IP. The binding specificity of the PRAS40 antibody was determined using western blot analysis of PRAS40 in Hela, A549, C6 lysates.
