Mouse Anti-ALDH1L1 Recombinant Antibody (AL131)

The anti-ALDH1L1 recombinant antibody (AL131) reacts with human, mouse and rat ALDH1L1. ALDH1L1 is a cytosolic enzyme that regulates folate-dependent one-carbon metabolism by converting 10-formyl-THF to THF. It is a highly specific marker for astrocytes in the central nervous system. Its signaling role involves maintaining the balance between nucleotide synthesis and methylation reactions. The anti-ALDH1L1 antibody (AL131) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
