Mouse Anti-ALDH3A1 Recombinant Antibody (AL401)

The anti-ALDH3A1 recombinant antibody (AL401) reacts with human and murine ALDH3A1. ALDH3A1 is a protective enzyme highly expressed in the cornea and stomach. It functions as a "molecular shield," detoxifying aldehydes produced by UV-induced oxidative stress and directly absorbing UV radiation. In certain cancers, its overexpression contributes to chemoresistance by metabolizing various drugs. The anti-ALDH3A1 antibody (AL401) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
