The Rabbit Anti-ALDH3A1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human ALDH3A1. ALDH3A1 encodes an enzyme that oxidizes aldehydes to acids, aiding in detoxifying aldehydes from alcohol, corticosteroids, and lipid peroxidation. This enzyme also protects the cornea from oxidative damage and is located within the Smith-Magenis syndrome region on chromosome 17, with several spliced variants. The anti-ALDH3A1 antibody can be used for Immunohistochemistry (1/100-1/200).
