Recombinant Anti-ANG Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (26-2F var.)

The anti-ANG eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human ANG. ANG mediates angiogenesis and antimicrobial activity through cellular tRNA hydrolysis. The antibody has a novel ANG-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble ANG from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
