Recombinant Anti-ANGPTL4 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC16)

The anti-ANGPTL4 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human ANGPTL4. ANGPTL4, a secreted protein, modulates insulin sensitivity and inhibits metastasis. The antibody has a novel ANGPTL4-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble ANGPTL4 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
