Human Anti-ANGPTL4 scFv-Fc Chimera (VS-0425-FY33) (CAT#: VS-0425-FY33)
anti-ANGPTL4 scFv-Fc antibody is an innovative biopharmaceutical designed to target the key molecule ANGPTL4 (Angiopoietin-like protein 4). ANGPTL4 plays a significant role in various diseases, including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity, and cancer. By specifically binding and neutralizing ANGPTL4, the anti-ANGPTL4 scFv-Fc antibody is expected to offer new therapeutic options for these diseases.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

[ANGPTL4 N-terminal chain]: Forms disulfide-linked dimers and tetramers.
Cleaved into a smaller N-terminal chain and a larger chain that contains the fibrinogen C-terminal domain; both cleaved and uncleaved forms are detected in the extracellular space.
The cleaved form is not present within the cell.
Glycosylation at Asn177
Modification sites at PhosphoSitePlus
Glycosylation from GlyConnect ANGL4_HUMAN (1918)
Glycosylation from GlyGen 4 sites, 22 N-linked glycans (1 site), 3 O-linked glycans (3 sites)

- Function
- Mediates inactivation of the lipoprotein lipase LPL, and thereby plays a role in the regulation of triglyceride clearance from the blood serum and in lipid metabolism.
May also play a role in regulating glucose homeostasis and insulin sensitivity (Probable).
Inhibits proliferation, migration, and tubule formation of endothelial cells and reduces vascular leakage.
Upon heterologous expression, inhibits the adhesion of endothelial cell to the extracellular matrix (ECM), and inhibits the reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton, formation of actin stress fibers and focal adhesions in endothelial cells that have adhered to ANGPTL4-containing ECM (in vitro).
