Mouse Anti-APOL1 Recombinant Antibody (clone 6D12) (CAT#: VS-0724-FY16)
This mouse monoclonal antibody has a high specificity for human APOL1, showing strong binding affinity as determined by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) analysis, with a KD value of 0.86 nM. The clone 6D12 displays specificity towards APOL1-4, while exhibiting no binding to ApoL5 and ApoL6. The binding epitope of 6D12 is identified as V98-D109.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.
