Mouse Anti-APOL1 Recombinant Antibody (clone 6D12)

This mouse monoclonal antibody has a high specificity for human APOL1, showing strong binding affinity as determined by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) analysis, with a KD value of 0.86 nM. The clone 6D12 displays specificity towards APOL1-4, while exhibiting no binding to ApoL5 and ApoL6. The binding epitope of 6D12 is identified as V98-D109.
