This product is an anti-AREL1 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting AREL1. AREL1 is an E3 ligase that inhibits apoptosis by ubiquitinating pro-apoptotic proteins like Bak and Bax. By promoting their degradation, it raises the threshold for cell death, contributing to chemoresistance and tumor cell survival under stress. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC65 and VS-0326-YC66, directed against AREL1 were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
