Mouse Anti-ATG10 Recombinant Antibody (AT963)

The anti-ATG10 recombinant antibody (AT963) reacts with human ATG10. ATG10 is an E2-like conjugating enzyme essential for the initiation of autophagy. It specifically facilitates the covalent attachment of ATG12 to ATG5, a key step in forming the ATG12-ATG5-ATG16L1 complex. This complex subsequently acts as an E3-like ligase for LC3 lipidation. Its activity is a critical regulatory node in phagophore expansion. The anti-ATG10 antibody (AT963) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
