Mouse Anti-ATP6AP1 Recombinant Antibody (AT695)

The anti-ATP6AP1 recombinant antibody (AT695) reacts with human and murine ATP6AP1. ATP6AP1 is a structural accessory subunit required for the assembly and stability of the V-ATPase (Vacuolar H⁺-ATPase) complex. It is essential for the acidification of lysosomes and endosomes, a process vital for protein degradation, nutrient sensing through mTORC1, and the proper functioning of the secretory pathway. The anti-ATP6AP1 antibody (AT695) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
