Mouse Anti-AURKA Recombinant Antibody (AU61)

The anti-AURKA recombinant antibody (AU61) reacts with human, monkey, mouse and rat AURKA. AURKA is a serine/threonine kinase localized to centrosomes and spindle poles during mitosis. It is essential for centrosome maturation and the assembly of the bipolar mitotic spindle. Overexpression of AURKA is a common oncogenic driver that leads to chromosomal instability and is associated with aggressive phenotypes in epithelial cancers. The anti-AURKA antibody (AU61) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
