Rabbit Anti-BNIP3 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC104) (CAT#: VS13-YC104)
The Rabbit Anti-BNIP3 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse BNIP3. BNIP3, a mitochondrial protein with a BH3 domain, acts as a pro-apoptotic factor, interacting with anti-apoptotic proteins, with methylation in tumors leading to gene silencing. The anti-BNIP3 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
